Based Official ROM Lenovo S90/U Version:
ROM 1 – VIBEUI_V2.0_1504_5.16.1_ST_S90-u - ONLY 1G RAM + 16G ROM
ROM 2 – VIBEUI_V2.0_1504_5.14.1_ST_S90-u – ONLY 2G RAM + 16G ROM
Gapps include – No Rooted
Language support : Multilang
Rom install : ( Thx to dimitrons )
1) Donwload firmware and extract it to your HDD
2) Download and install drivers:
LenovoUsbDriver_autorun_1.0.12.rar
QPST.2.7.422

2) Next step need to connect your S90-U to PC. And turn on ADB Debug. In caller type *#*#8899#*#* and click OK.

3) Open QFIL tool (QPST Tool) http://lenovo-forums.ru/uploads/monthly_12_2014/post-53625-0-66254600-1417523066.png
AND DO NOT FORGET TO TURN ON COMPALIBILITY IN SHORTCUT PROPERTIES "RUN AS WINDOWS 7" AND ADMIN RIGHTS.
4) Select both files from downloaded firmware folder like here: http://lenovo-forums.ru/uploads/monthly_12_2014/post-53625-0-66444200-1417523087.png
5) Press download and wait for 10 – 15 minutes

everything working fine.great rom ever.wifi all working.when install official rom the wifi not working.but in this custom rom everything perfect.include root and gapps

for install driver for flash by qfil.qpst.just follow this method,debug usb in device.then off device.connect device with usb witout on and the same time press volume up button for 10 second.then relesed vol button.wait till install driver.then u can connect via qualcomm flash
