Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select "scatter-Loading" and search MT6768_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- Select "Download Only" or if upgrade "Firmware upgrade"
- Turn off your tablet.
- Press “Download” button to start
- and connect your tablet into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your tablet and turn it on.

It helped me downgrade from official Android 13 (slow and a lot of bugs on this Tablet) to Android 12.
The right file for this is: TB310XU_S000522_230228_ROW or exactly R2-Lenovo-Tab-M9-TB310XU.zip
This is the only file that contains a valid scatter file with plain txt content. All other roms have corrupted or encrypted scatter files that are not readable.
Flashed the rom using lenovo Rescue and Smart Assistant (old Version v6.7.3.19 newer does not work). Let the tool start, while starting disconnect intermet/wifi so that the tool does not update itself. Reconnect internet/wifi, let the tool download the newest rom (andorid 13 TB310XU_S000871_240104_ROW atm). After download is finished, don't start rescue, but go to the folder: C:\ProgramData\RSA\Download\RomFiles there you will find the latest Rom folder that the tool had downloaded earlier (in my case TB310XU_S000871_240104_ROW) . Delete its content by keeping the folder name and copy all files from the TB310XU_S000522_230228_ROW or exactly R2-Lenovo-Tab-M9-TB310XU.zip File. Now go back to the Levono tool you kept open and start the rescue while follwing the instructions (basically connect the tablet that is switched off when prompted to do so)
