Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Under Download-XML, Click on the Choose button.
- Locate the XML File in the rom called "…Android_scatter.xml"
- if you have the file "Authentication File" also located in the decompressed rom
- Click the "Download" button
- Connect your Mediatek Device to the computer using the USB Cable (make sure it is power off).
- After connecting the device to the computer Press Volume Down or Volume Up key, so that SP Flash Tool can detect the device.
- Once the computer detects the device, the flashing or installation process will begin automatically.
- the installation process is completed, a Green Ring will appear.
- Finish !
- Close the SP Flash Tool and disconnect your Mediatek device from the computer.

I tried flashing this ROM on my Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Pro 2024 (TB375FC), but the process failed and now the device is completely hard-bricked — it only shows as 'MediaTek USB Port' in Device Manager. Has anyone recovered from this state? Can this ROM be used with SP Flash Tool to restore it?

If you see the "MediaTek USB Port" in Device Manager, you can still flash the TB373FU ROM's latest version. Get the latest firmware here https://www.needrom.com/downlo.....pro-tb373fu-15/
Below is the step I used posted on Reddit.
Enter Preloader Mode again (Power off → Volume Up + USB cable).
Open the Global Firmware folder (e.g.,
TB373FU_ROW_OPEN_USER_M1.491_U_ZUI_16...), go to theimagefolder.Rename the scatter file you downloaded to
MT6897_Android_scatter.xml(make sure the scatter file you use matches your tablet storage) and move it into theimagefolder.Run SPFlashToolV6.exe inside the global firmware folder.
Set:
Download XML →
imagedownload_agentflash.xmlAuthentication File →
imageda.authVERY IMPORTANT:
Uncheck:
lk_a,lk_b,dtbo_a, anddtbo_b(If these are checked, your device may get bricked.)Check Auto Reboot and click Download.
Ensure the option is set to Download Only (NOT Format All + Download).
Wait ~10 minutes for the flashing process to complete.
This is if you get a bootloop, meaning you see the Lenovo logo in red and then reboot over and over again.
Enter Fastboot Mode:
Power off → Power on → Immediately press Volume Up when the logo appears.
If stuck in bootloop, just keep holding Volume Up.
When the fastboot screen appears, press Volume Down to enter fastboot mode.
Open a command prompt (CMD) and type:fastboot getvar all
Look for
current-slot. If it saysa, switch tob(or vice versa): fastboot –set-active=a # or b, depending on your case.Then reboot:fastboot reboot

Follow these steps to install the Lenovo TB375FC Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.7 2025 stock ROM Firmware (Flash File) on your device:
Install Lenovo TB375FC Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.7 2025 usb driver on your pc
run sp flash tool v6
browse and select scatter file from firmware folder
browse and select da & auth file from firmware folder
in the drop-down menu select ‘Download Only’ option
Click ‘Download’ button
connect your Lenovo TB375FC Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.7 2025 to your computer in edl mod
Wait until success; once done, the device start itself
