Need a memory card, create folder sdfuse and copy to install on this ROM (QSB tailed).
a) normal phone boot into Android OS, use a USB cable to connect PC, the pop-up screen, select USB mass storage devices, and turn on USB storage device;
b) New sdfuse folder, unrar the downloaded firmware, and copied file QSB to the phone sdfuse directory;
Note: Make sure before upgrading phone there is a certain amount of power
2. T card upgrade process
Long press VOLUP + POWER_KEY enter droidboot, a menu appears and select the fourth SDUPDATE, the bottom of the screen you can see the progress and status upgrade
See "SDCARD UPDATE SUCCESS!!!" Indicates a successful upgrade

I´m sorry but I don´t understand the rom install.
My phone Z90-7 with the right cpu is not rooted.
I downloaded the two files, ota and qsb.
I take my sd card out of the phone and saved the files on the pc.
Then I deleted the files on the sd card and made a new folder named sdfuse.
In this folder I put the unzipped qsb file.
Then I started my phone with pressing Volume-up an power on switch, but no boot screen appears.
What I have to do? I need help, please.

the OTA doesn't work. I copied the QSB on the sd card, entered droid boot by pressing VOL down + Power button, selected update from sdcard but the version you posted is for Lenovo Vibe shot Z90a40_S208_150714_ROW , but it doesn't work because we need an android version for Z90-7 Lenovo. Even if you change the name of it it still won't work.
So, conclusion, this doesn't work.

I install this rom in india its working with volte support and to install u need to press power button + volume down button leave power button when phone on but hold. Vol. Down button and 1-15 options appear u have sd support option select it and update through qsb file thanks
