the compass doesn't work on my ZP700 too. But no problem with the camera.
I have found where's the problem. So it can maybe help someone:
if you can use the SIM card after update:
Check the IMEI code «
*#06#» . If you have an error, you have to restore it.So you can try many ways to do that (fix with AT&T commands, with "imei.exe",…) but (for me) I had to flash with an official rom (4.4 for exemple) with Flash Tool. It seems that the network parameters are compiled in the secro.img.
I have an other problem with usb port. I can connect a mouse or an usb stockage device (manually mount) but keyboards don't work ("S3C USB Host driver not found").
Hello I installed miui version 4.8.15 but I have apparentely a problem, wen I install a app that needs root, the app give the message sorry not rooted.
I read tha this version of miui was rooted, or can someone tel me what I must do to activate it? thank tou

Almost everything works
Only audio wont work (ringtone,music)
