DESCRIPTION
Here I present you my MIUI V7 ota ROM for Jiayu G4S. Ported from Xiaomi Note 3G.
Brought to you by a recognized MIUI developer. Experience the real MIUI.

Installation
—————
You must first install official Jiayu kitkat if you come from Jellybean (to make the partitions correct)
Backup your NVRAM and Sec.ro partitions. (better be safe than sorry!) It can be fixed anyway so don't worry.
Transfer my zip rom to your SD. Insert SD in phone.
Reboot phone , enter recovery. (Use mine from here https://www.needrom.com/download/twrp-2-8-4-1-jiayu-g4s/)
If you come from another rom or something is not working after install press Wipe (Default one wipe data , davlik , cache) .
Return to main menu after finished.
Go to install. Choose storage microSD at the middle-bottom
Select correct zip file (JiayuG4S_6.1.7_V7-4.4.zip) from microSD
Then reboot and flash all the otas one by one from recovery incrementaly, till you reach latest version!
When finished , return to main menu and POWER off phone
Rom is Deodexed has Superuser and Busybox support , zipaligned!

I currently run the G4S AOSP 4.4.2 TF rom on my G4S, can I upgrade to MIUI V6 G4s 5.5.1, 4.4.2 without installing the original Jiayu kitkat rom first ?
Is there any howto make good backups ?
Yep you should be fine as long as you don't run 4.2.2
Make all files installation incrementally plz including fixes.
I have miui v6 5.4.24 on my G4S i alway supdate it by the ota system from Miui.ru, but they still havent updated to 5.5.1 the jiayu, so i wonder if i could flash the update in my actual rom. can I ?
Don't think so , I use different base device , from Miui EU note 3G.
Try but most likelly md5's will fail!

hi, again, have tired the upade and the fix, first install update, and give a error then tried to install vibracion fix o have install ok but the g4s dont start it become on bootloop.
Use twrp recovery….. all updates work fine I tested them on my device! You should install them on exactly the same order as posted starting from top.
Smart wake might be involving kernel tweaking which is not possible without mtk source.
