Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select "scatter-Loading" and search MT6753_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- Select "Download Only" or if upgrade "Firmware upgrade"
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery (if the battery is removable) and replace it after some seconds (and don't turn on the phone).
- Press “Download” button to start
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

I have a MLSiQTalk 4G Spicy iQ1511 and I face the below problem.
After root and remove email and factory defaults the mobile phone stuck on logotype and it doesn't run.
Also, I follow the advise of MLS Power + Volume Down and after eMMC option but the problem remain.
I think two things either to find a way to make a copy of this rom (iQ1511) or to find a way enable the USB Debugging mode using the cmd /win or terminal /mac.
But I don't know how to do this.
What tools and what process is the suitable to make a copy of rom or what commands in windows or in mac enable the USB Debugging to help me to make a new root to device so that to make it somewhat to unblock my MLS device.
Do you agree or you have another solutions?
