more testing : the cyanogen launcher (trebuchet) has bugs ! I installed sshhelper to test something and when I uninstalled it, the icon remained in the applications drawer, impossible to remove. Then I installed gps status and gps test and their icons didn't appear in the applications drawer ! Then I installed "Nova launcher" instead, much better launcher !

Except that the airplane mode is much better than the one in the original rom. In the original rom it was still eating battery in this mode, I was wondering where it came from but it was obvious. With rr when using it during the night, it's like the battery is frozen, you find it in the exact same state in the morning, very nice !

and ps : finally it was not a trebuchet bug, it happens also with nova launcher so its probably a cyanogen bug which doesn't pass the message when the filesystem changes correctly ! Workaround : restart the launcher, a reboot is probably the easiest solution. Cursed cyanogen bugs there were not so many a few versions ago !

Best ROM ever!

I MANAGE TO FIX THE UNRESPONSIVE TOUCH SCREEN BUG BY REPLACING THE KERNEL IN BOOT.IMG FROM THE NEWEST STOCK ROM
