OK, new version is out and I'm pleased to share it with you. I tried to fix issues addressed here and I hope that you will be satisfied.

V3 should be flashed after Factory defaults, this means as a clean ROM. You can try only Cashe and Dalvik, but you can miss some fix this way.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Phone need to be repartitioned prior to install, to make that please follow tutorial from XDA

Install using CWM or TWRP
Copy ZIP file to the SD Card
Restart into CWM or TWRP
Wipe Data / Factory Reset
in CWM Choose zip from sdcard -> Select THL_W200_Note3_port.zip
in TWRP Install -> Select THL_W200_Note3_port.zip
When install is complete, restart the phone and wait (patience is required – first boot takes a while)
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Air gesture
Smart Pause
Smart Scroll
I want this rom cause i like touchwiz but i dont need these 3 Gimmicks so i wanna delete them

I've installed this ROM without any installation's problem….But when it say "Installation is complete…restart". The phone stil in a black screen.
Any solution please? I've the black W200.

Oh great work; I did the "Repartition Memory" and all of you must choose the 3Go and not more; and it's work perfectly now.
I never loved a ROM like this; I love it.
I need just you to fix 2 things with this ROM :
1-When we activate Flash in camera and we took a pic; the flash don't turn off. (We must turn off the phone or use Torch to turn it off).
2-In music player there is 3D effect enabled; and there is no option the deactivate…
