+++ ALERT: DON'T USE THIS ROM IN INTERNATIONAL OR INDIAN VERSION NUBIA Z9 MINI. THERE WILL BE PROBLEM WITH DATA AND NETWORK CONNECTIVITY +++
ROM install :
1) Download the custom ROM and copy it to an external or internal SD card root directory
2) Use the recovery tool attached to flash the TWRP.
3) Enter TWRP recovery mode and do Wipe Data/Wipe cache / Wipe Dalvik Cache
4) After wipe, choose the Custom ROM from SD to Flash.
5) Reboot the device after installation.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

thank you for your answer. I want to flash the recovery because I don't know on which location i have to go in this Phone. I have activate the debugging mode. Than I have restart the phone > power Button + Volume down > boot to recovery mode and then? I have try to start the Batch file and then i get the message on my PC.
Can you describe the steps, what i have to do in the recovery mode. I don't have activate the MTP-Mode for file transfer.
The Translation of the scren is: The command adb.exe is misspelled or cant't find.
And I have start the recovery tool on when the Nubia OS startet. The same problem I don't know what i have to do to flash the TRWP.

If stock ROM doesn't support it then this will not also as this ROM is pure stock but just added GAPPS and some unwanted chinese apps removed.

Is your Nubia Z9 mini Network locked??? Where did you buy from???
Usually, Nubia Z9 mini shouldn't be network locked unless you have purchased Chinese Operator locked ones…
no it is not network locked i bought it from china everything is working fine except that damn reboots

I tried moving the zip file to the internal memory and external.

But i am facing notifications not working despie turning on all the options on the setting for notifications.WhatsApp, Email etc wouldn't notifiy on anything new or incoming. Any work around ?
Long Press HOME button and then long press the button marked X in circle ..then White Service List will come… put the apps which you want notification in the White List.
