ROM install :
1) Download the custom ROM and copy it to an external or internal SD card root directory
2) Use the recovery tool attached to flash the TWRP.
3) Enter TWRP recovery mode and do Wipe Data/Wipe cache / Wipe Dalvik Cache
4) After wipe, choose the Custom ROM from SD to Flash.
5) Reboot the device after installation.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

I've a problem.
It's said that New TWRP (English) can flash 5.0 and 5.1.
I installed your lastest rom 3.64 and after that tried flashing any of the lastest android 5.1.1. based on cyanogenmod roms (carbon, rr, cm12.1 and so on) and none of them boot.
I read your post on xda-developers about using New TWRP need two wipe data / factory reset before flashing, but it didn't work either..boot stuck on nubia logo powered by android.
Any idea? Regards

Nubia Camera needs to be compatibe though !
You can try Mokee ROM (http://download.mokeedev.com/?.....device=nx511j)
But may be you need to installed Nubia camera manually.

I've tried numerous roms for the ZTE Z9 MINI. Currently on the international officail (OTA to 3.71). All stock based roms have the same issue with notifications – if application is not active, there are no push notifications at all. Weirdly, some applications, like google groups and mail work ok.
Whatsapp and other chat apps do not.
I've tried MIUI, Mookiee and others, all have some serious bug (camera, video, GPS, etc).
Any tip how to solve this issue or a good 100% working rom?

Press home button for few secs… then a circle with X will appear… hold that circle with X for few secs… then popup the whitelist setting… just enable the apps for which you want notifications..
