Install ROM:
Install with SP MDT:
1). Turn off the smartphone. Cable is not connected to the computer.
2). Remove the battery and insert it again
3). Connect your phone to a computer cable. The operating system detects a new device
4). Disconnect the cable from the computer.
5). Run SPMultiPortFlashDownloadProject.exe
6). Choose File> Open File Agent download and specify the file MTK_AllInOneDA.bin (it is in the folder SP_MDT).
7). Click Scatter File and select the MT6753_Android_scatter.txt file (it's in the folder with the rom).
8). Click "Start all".
9). Connect your phone to a computer cable. The program should see and blink. If the phone is not detected, then unplug it from the computer,
remove and insert the battery (if the battery is removable) and reconnect it to the computer.
10). After (OK) click Stop and disable any phone.
11). Completed.

Please what are the advantages of the 64 bit over the 32 bit rom?
Better performance, more options in settings menu and you can unlock your phone via fingerprint directly to your favorite application. Also has been added the flash light when someone calls you. It is faster. Generally it is better.
Thanks for the reply, I have the version 12, so which of the ROM should I download, v7 or v9? And also can I update using twrp?
You should download rom 2 from the first page. It is v7. When you install it, then you’ll update from the main menu of your phone to v9. You must not use twrp. Flash the rom with flashtool. Details and instructions on first page.

Hey. I have a problem with root and twrp. I rom V9 64bit but I want to write it TWRP I have a message "pmt changed for the rom it must be downloaded," I used many sp flash tool. He used win7 32bit and 64bit win10. Can anyone help? Please:)
On spflashtool choose "Firmware update" and not "Download only". Then try again.
Now, even the phone does not detect what drivers you recommend? Sp tool Flash does not load in any position. Something I have broken drivers. Thanks
When you install the drivers you need to restart your pc. Better try the sp flashtool program to flash the new rom. The one that is provided in the description didn't work for me.
There are a lot of guides for how using spflashtool program.
@Henex1980 I don't know how TWRP works but maybe you need to flash the right version of TWRP so as to avoid that error "pmt changed for the rom it must be downloaded,"
That is 32bit TWRP for 32bit oukitel rom and 64bit twrp for 64bit oukitel rom

No offence man but you are wrong. The answer i gave before is the right one. It doesn’t matter if he uses the right or the wrong twrp. The program will install it anyway. If he install the wrong twrp it will not boot into recovery, so he’ll follow thr same procedure to install the right one.
thanks for the information. I have installed rom version v9 64 bit. TWRP is 64bit. Now I have another issue, the phone does not play sp flast tool. It did not detect it. I have to re-install the driver.
@Soulfunkdjx my bad. I guess I misintepreted his comment. it looked like he flashed the 64bit ROM successfully but was having issues flashing TWRP recovery which is why I gave the suggestion above.
I still have a problem with the detection of the phone. sp flashtool does not detect my phone. What do you recommend drivers? Please link.
