DESCRIPTION
This is a Kitkat Custom ROM based on the newest stock-firmware from Doogee for devices since september 14. So it is for the newer camera revision and the backcamera is working perfectly.
I made a lot of changes as you can see it in this list:
- - ROM is fully rootet (with SuperSU installed)
- - ROM supports Init.d scripts
- - changed some icons in the statusbar for a fresh new look
- - remove the icon for the "noninserted simcard" if there is none inside
- - changed the wallpaper of the lockscreen and keyguard, and a few logos (for new email, sms, e.g.)
- - default launcher changed from stock to google-now launcher
- - newest Goggle Apps with meterial design (calender, messenger…)
- - new SMS/MMS-app with customizable wallpaper
- - contacts-app can now sort your contacts by surname
- - a lot build.prop tweaks to optimize touchscreen, lagfree, e.g
- - some Init.d scripts to improve performance
- - some GPS-Tweaks
Installation:
- 1. make a backup of your Nvram using the linked MTK_NVRAM_TOOL.ZIP, else you will lose your IMEI
- 2. make a FULL-WIPE (with dalvik-cache)
- 3. flash the ROM
- 4. restore your Nvram
- For autosyncronisation u have to activate it manually at Setting->data usage. Hit the menu button and activate it.
- For problems with Titanium Backup Restore flash the SuperSU in recovery.

Unfortunately i run into massive SoftReboots.
At end i moved back to my bugless privat port of CleanKAT/DarkL )never got init.d support working @ my privat port
However, if someone figure it out, please let me know

instalado y todo correcto. pero la camara me sigue sin funcionar. ya no se que hacer
wie kann ich die MTK_NVRAM_TOOL.ZIP installieren und ausführen ohne root rechte.
Root rechte erhalte ich ja erst nach dem aufspielen des Pimp my Android, aber soll ja vorher schon die imei sichern.
I am using this ROM now for months and it's working like a charm. I have tried some of the newer ROMs (including the Lollypops) but come back in all cases. The only ROM that is coming near to this ROM is the EMUI3 ROM. But there (same with the other newer ported ROMs) I miss the magnetic sensor feature that turns the display on and off when using the original flip case.
Remark: My device is one with the newer camera. No issues with it.
And how does the battery run with this ROM?
I'm using the latest miui 7, but I do miss the magnectic sensor feature lol
Among other minor things… Like 3G network on my data connection….
Works flawlesly!
Complete, fast, no issues, SIM & wifi,GPS – all works.
Instalation messages in C64 old school style – priceless !
Tried few MM above Bliss, RR, AOKP : all the same issue No SIM card present (backed up NVRAM and restored from sd after rom.
It is actually downgrade from 6.0.1 … but if fully functional phone FAST is that you need i recommend this one.
