- Download first the tools and drivers attached in this post

ROM Installation:
- Unpack the ROM
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6582_Android_scatter.txt from the unpacked ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- Choose Option –> USB Model, click USB Model
–> Choose Option –> DA DownLoad All –>Speed –> High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery. (YES remove the battery)
- "Press F9 (hit Download button) " OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- Now connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear –> purple–> yellow.
- When done, Green circle pops up!!
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Hi, petremihnea. Yes, I upgraded it from ROW S116 to S215 via OTA.
since it's not italian i keep the very good official S650_VIBEUI_V1.5_1427_2_ST with gapps
This looks more like a bad BETA.It's full of bugs(Network and data signal week and instable,unresponsive sometimes/had to remove the battery,I let it charge over night and found it dead in the morning/nothing to do with the smart shutdown,battery drains very fast,some settings don't stay set,some apps don't work properly/Apps that on my S4((the only other 4.4 device I have))work fine and so on).
The only good things I found:real improvement of the camera quality and the GPS FIX(got much faster)…But I think that this 2 things are related with the 4.4 OS and not with the Lenovo MIUI/LeWa based S215.
The CN 4.4(Vibe 1.5 and 2.0) is out since May.Pleanty of time to get a stable ROW version and they come out with this %$#&#.
this official room must be upgrade, a lot of bug like vmlooi sad. 3G not work and network speed too slow, battery not tested yet.
For first official row release of kitkat for this phone, I think it is pretty decent. There are few bugs, but i can live with them. Today is 5th day from the last full charge battery and there it is still 48% full.
baterry tested : run out of 100% in 24h
. Please release new version with less bug.
UPDATED NEWS!!! : After upgade via OTA , you must be Hard Reset factory, everything is ok now. Please backup everything on your phone before hard reset.
- 3G working (3G text not show on sim signal)
- battery is fine , I use for 2 days and have 40% balance.
But wifi may be slow than 4.2.2.
also you can switch to ART runtime.

U should NOT Format it! FORMAT MEAN ERASE NVRAM! There are some ways to back it again. Google it.
Is there a solution for nvram and imei fix?
What is the way please?
