- Download first the tools and drivers attached in this post

ROM Installation:
- Unpack the ROM
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6582_Android_scatter.txt from the unpacked ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- Choose Option –> USB Model, click USB Model
–> Choose Option –> DA DownLoad All –>Speed –> High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery. (YES remove the battery)
- "Press F9 (hit Download button) " OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- Now connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear –> purple–> yellow.
- When done, Green circle pops up!!
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Yes i had same problem with imei and nvram,you can fix this through mtk droid tools ,but first need the phone to be rooted then just connect with usb debug mode and on imei (mtk droid tools ) write there your imei nr.under your battery (remove batery there you have imei)
Hope it could help ,mine was fixed through mtk droid tools ( you have to install first in pc this tool then connect with phone on usb debug mode )

If you do nit have root permissions , i did with VROOT then just installed on pc mtk droid tools and hopalaa imei solved

Here you have steps
So firstly root with VROOT ,then install mtk droid tools
After installing mtk droid tools ,open this tool connect your phone with usb debug mode ,press root on mtk droid tool then go to imei write there your imei numberd then press reboot ,your phone will reboot with your imei solved

This is a temporary solution
Because when I do a factory reset, will return the same problem
It will need work this way every time.

Waiting for someone to come to a solution
then if you get imei with nvram you can do backup on sdcard through mtk mobile uncle tools …so will be solved even if you put other rom, all what you need is just root permision for backup on sdcard
i mean backup on sdcard then when u loose imei with restore will be easy to solve
through mobileuncle apk
why is that a zip file?
