copy this MT6589-SupperRoot-by-ydss.cn.zip to you EXTERNAL sd card and now reboot recovery…..
now in your custom recovery you can root your device, now,… be advice this recovery is inchinesse but it is very user friendly, so now in the recovery press the first left buttom, it will display the content in your external sd card, since this is touch recovery just scroll down until you find your MT6589-SupperRoot-by-ydss.cn.zip then click it, it will appear a menu and at the bottom a bar like unlock screen in android, just slide it from left to rigth that will install the superRoot and root explorer, after that just reboot your phone with the rigth key on screen and voila!! you now have your phone rooted
SOORY I FORGOT TO TELL YOU INSIDE THE FOLDER COMES CUSTOM RECOVERY, SCATTER FILE AND SP FLASH TOOL YOU FIRST NEED TO FLASH CUSTOM RECOVERY WITH SP FLASH TOOL, THEN YOU HAVE TO CONTINUE WITH THE STEPS TO ROOT, THANKS

Hi, I am really interested in rooting my star n9589 with your rom. However, since I am a novice, I cannot undestand how to follow your instructions. So, please, forgime my ignorance and the following silly questions: 1) I don't understand which of the two recovery I should use, when, how and why; 2) I don't understand why the flash tool you suggest (P_Flash_Tool_exe_v3.1244.0.sn85.zip) is different from the one downloadable; 3) the file "scatter_emmc.txt" appears to be only in the recovery folder and not in the custom ROM folder_ is it rght or am I wrong? 4) what do you mean when you write "Phone after taking the battery in put something" and "Brush"? 5) the second method is even more uncomprhensible. Thank you in advance for the time you'll spend to answer.
