Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

hello guys. i have installed this official KitKat rom on me and my girlfriends N9800 and i did fix the common camera issue. The only problem is that this rom is a lot of times saying that my sd card is damaged and i don’t have acces to my files until a reboot. I used lots of other roms on my N9800 previously and i had no problems with them.
So can anybody help me out with this problem. The rest of the rom works great only this is a very big issue.
Попробуй извлечь эту карту из телефона и отформатируй её на компьютере в FAT32. Возможно, от старой прошивки какая-то защита осталась
It doesn’t work. The SD card works perfect on other roms but just not on this one..

Где-то читал про эту мобилу (N9800), что в ней можно ограничивать максимальную скорость процессора. Т.е. вместо 1.7 Гигагерца можно выставить 800 Мегагерц. Это правда? Может кто сталкивался с этой инфой? Я её сейчас найти не могу. Может приснилось?
Yes i’ve tried it on the pc but the problem isn’t solved.
Yes it is possible to underclock it to 800mHz if you are rooted. Use a cpu app like no frills cpu (i have used this on my N9800)
I have flashed this rom on my Star n9800 alps and to my suprise have not found any issues at all, camera front & back and video record all fine, flip case works normally, no issues with micro sd thats fitted, kitkat is very nice apart from terrible backgrounds which I have now changed. All in all seems like an excellent rom…
Edit; update to my previous post, there is one issue, the volume buttons are reverse of original operation but not really a problem.I used UPGRADE in flash tool when installing this rom…
