ROM STAR S5 - ColorOS – ROM Android 4.2.1
Ported from OPPO
Language support : Multi Lang
Include Gapps – Rooted.
OTG support. For 1/16 & 2/32 revisions

ROM Install :
Download ROM and copied to the root directory of TF card, TF card in the phone
- enter the Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
- MobileUncle with direct access.
- Off, press and hold the volume key "+", then press the power button until the screen displays the retrieval interface
- first restore the operation of the plant (remove the external card, or data might be lost)
- Wipe data/factory reset
- operation of the brushing machine
- brush finished, the start can
- Brushing need to restore factory settings, boot directly ~
Recovery install:
- unpack recovery.img to an external SD card root directory
- use Mobileuncle Tools and install recovery.img
or
- Use Flash_tool.exe and unpack 7z file
- Select a the MT6582_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
–> Choose Option->DownLoad
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery, insert battery and wait
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
Just copy from the coloros rom. 005 Update needs the boot.img and all the libaud(no sound otherwise). 006 just needs boot.img, tested all good.
Linpack scores 186 mflops from 120 mflops on stock, antutu scores 13964 from 13500 on stock.
So far compass and epo gps does not work. Gps will lock on eventually

Just noticed the battery manager crashes with the 006 update. Replacing vold in the bin and etc folder with previous files fixes this
Ok, I did the 006 update with the boot.img from ColorOS. Updating went as it should, but how do I know it is updated? The OS still states ver. 1.0.0i…
I still think this is the best ROM yet, really nice work!
There are no EPO in this ROM, I am ust curious – why no EPO?
the only problem i see is that the camera is only on 4:3 portrait and no 16:9 as the stock one why??is there any solution???
Hey man a really nice rom and i wondered why v2 is a bit smaller than v1 but is there a reasonfor some missing thing like:
the Clock with Timer and Alarm has or not? It was possible to tap on the statusbar time and set your alarm in v1 in the appdrawer it has also gone,
the Gestures Button in the settings wont work in the v1 there opend an menü to check 3 Finger actions or not. Independend of that the screenshot + camera 3 Finger action works.
I was also wondered where the calender & Asus weather widget has gone…btw. the Asus widget imported of the v1 works….afaik thats all.
Btw. EPO and Compassworks very good faster respose finding GPS.
Does anybody has problems to set another ringtone or notification…? At my phone appears the message that “Error settings closed”when i want to enter the ringtone change menü…also when i want to set a ringtone in whatsapp…or viber…
I flashed with CWM…i had restore factory defaults after installation process…no idea whats wrong…also the clock and alarm.
Seat93 –> I don't get it, EPO is greyed out on mine – even in engineer settings…??? What have you done different?
EPO are present in other ROM's for me, but not in this one somehow…

I’d restored it after brushing…this had happend to long time ago, in case of that some essentialy features, as i mentioned will lost.
This Rom is and’ll be the best choice for S5…
@HAPPYUSER->EPO must be active because Gmaps and Blitzer Pro work much better than in V1.

Hi very nice rom but I need Czech Republic language pleeeeeaaaase. No problem for me in English and Russian language, but here in the Czech Republic lot of people do not understand.
