DESCRIPTION


ROM Mobile STAR S5 / Miz Z2 – ROM Android 4.2.1

ROM Based on Official Star :S5 20130515-101500

This ROM is a Version optimizon of the version: S5 20130515-101500 for STAR S5 / Miz Z2

fix some bugs and add some apk ES_File_Explorer.apk,  onekeylock.apk and others

Gapps include – Rooted !

Language support: Multilang

 

Install ROM :

- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
   –> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.

- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !

- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

    Hi everyone. This is my first MTK device, before i had a Galaxy Nexus i9250 and i used to flash ROM's with CWM. My software version is the official Star S5 : 20130314-144929. Can anybody post a step by step for how to install this. I already read some other posts but they all explains different modes of how to flash. Can i install it directly over my actual ROM? Thank you for the development!

    Has problems with wi-fi enabled and GPS, sometimes do not work until after a restart.
