Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

Hi SoCr@Te , I Flashed your U650 Rom 1 (Rooted) to my Chinese U650, it works great, thank you. I transferred the Rom 1 Update 09/30/2013 to my SD Card, using CWM6 I tried to install it but it aborted,just said Bad. How can i install this update and how can i remove the Chinese Want Want and music at bootup, its so annoying, thanks.
Hi everybody, this version corrects all the previous problems with the stock rom. Except one thing : can't get the vibrations back on the tactile keyboard. Even if the option is selected, nothing happens. Has anyone experienced such a problem with his/her star ulefone u650 ?

@SoCr@te – any chance for a re-up of 2/32 stock rom (official firmware) had a bad crash and having no luck finding a working link so I can give this to my 10yo as to play with? Right now it won't even start up.
