Official ROM STAR – ULEFONE U658 version: 2106_v89_gq3010_hd_20131129
Gapps include – No Rooted
Language support: Multilang
Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6582_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
I just installed but its not the official……..its from other device with mtk6592 and 1920×1024

Thanks SoCr@Te for the upload! This is EXACTLY what I was looking for actually. I ordered two of these phones at the same time and one came with the MP658 rom versus this one. I prefer this one because I can root it where as the MP658 rom only seems to allow semi-root. Thanks again SoCr@Te ….. WOOOOO!

If this rom is the same with the first one was uploaded here and the device is mp658…..then is not ok
But if its other one…..then can you make a backup with MTKDroid Tools (its easy…just google it) and upload it somewhere

front camera not working…
solution?
you need a multiport download tool. in this tool you must load the scatter from your rom and select a different maisensor driver. press save and exit the multi port download tool load the software in the normal spl tool and make a firmware update procedur , start the phone and test the camera.
its not work make the same duration with different main sensor drivers so often to its work.
