Hi, this is my custom rom for w100 based on 130711
Hope do you like it, advice are welcome, donations too 
this rom is probably not perfect, but it will be also due to your help!

If you haven't installed CWM:
Download recovery_barry.rar
Follow the guide inside that i wrote. Thanks to BARRY for his CWM (From androidiani)

If you have problem with cam:
INSTALL clean rom with flash tools from the link above
Install recovery_barry from here (DO NOT INSTALL another recovery!)

About this rom:
Deodexed
Zipaligned
Rooted
Various tweak (tested! not all tweaks on web work well on w100)
Enabled SIP VOIP
LOCKSCREEN now WITHOUT the orrible image! now show your launcher background
Camera is a bit better
Updated google apps (maps, gmail), replaced browser with AOSP browser (work better, more functions)
Replaced Music with Google Music
Removed some bloatware (not all, i will clean well on the next update)
GPS IS perfect, follow the little guide below
Removed camera sound, boot sound
Installed tether patch by ERVIUS (from Androidiani) now tether work with all operators. THANK YOU ERVIUS!
Improved Brightness, expecially for low light (on night you do not risk to become blind XD )
Added xPosed and gravityBox (not enabled by default)
Added my app: Ringtone Fixer (when you remove SDCARD or reboot you don't risk to find default ringtone set.)
Enabled rotation on launcher and lockscreen
The build-in CD-Rom that you can see connecting USB now contain also ADB DRIVER and PRELOADER driver
And much more!

ABOUT GPS:
gps is perfect, but on first boot you need to:
go onsettings->Location access
Enable Wifi & mobile network location
Click over "GPS SATELLITIES", enable GPS EPO Assistance and A-GPS
Click over EPO Setting and enable "Auto download"
Go back, open A-GPS Settings and enable Network request
DONE! Open google maps and see the dot over your head XD

Ottimo, innanzitutto sono contento abbia risolto! Grazie per aver condiviso il fix, però c'è un problema, non posso mettere il fix senza il permesso di chi l'ha creato, dovrei almeno sapere chi è stato! se me lo fai sapere lo aggiungo

Il fix è solo cambiare dei file lib prima l'idea mi è venuta sola è ho copiato la vecchia libreria della fotocamera e fuzionava poi dopo aver caricato il mio fix ho trovato questo http://www.htcmania.com/showth.....ad.php?t=658896 dove c'è la tua rom e il fix

460 mb rom, Really doubled sized?
The original rom from HTL 130711 is really heavy, the original system folder (without my modification) is 488mb. I saved space, and updated some app

Hi, all you can see and download here is fully tested, from me directly on 2 devices. Also (as you can read there) other people installed with no problems. So, rather than blaming you can say what you do, and I'll help you gladly.
I recommend to full wipe your device, to install barry's cwm and then this rom. did you do that?
Btw if you understand italian it would be easier to communicate
Stef ho notato che con i vecchi driver della fotocamera le foto hanno una qualità minore mentre con quelli nuovi le foto si vedono molto bene ma c'è il problema dell'alone viola si dovrebbe trovare un modo di adattare i driver nuovi al dispositivo e non mettere quelli vecchi..però io non capisco o ora o dopo il dispositivo e sempre quello ha gli stessi componenti perchè ad alucni va e ad altri no?
Ecco avevo ragione allora, ho notato il miglioramento della qualità ma mi era venuto il dubbio fossero delle modifiche che avevo fatto… da quel che so ci sono 2 versioni di w100, una ha la scritta "8m" sulla cam posteriorel, l'altra no. Oltretutto, pur avendo 8m scritto, alcuni dispositivi con la rom 1305xx non andava la cam. quindi probabilmente abbiamo almeno 3 revisioni hardware. mi sa che la thl ha fatto un po di pasticci a riguardo, e penso che presto vedremo un update della rom. hai valutato l'ipotesi di provare la vecchia applicazione per la camera in combinazione coi nuovi driver?
io ho la scritta con 8 M dietro ma l'ho tolta grattando perchè non mi piaceva xD comunque adesso ho fatto un update.zip con i nuovi driver li ho installati e si vede bene ma è come se fossero i vecchi perchè non noto differenze ma intanto i vecchi driver occupano 5.34 mb (estratti ) mentre quelli nuovi occupano 6.46 mb (sempre estratti ) non ci sto capendo più niente … poi con i nuovi driver nella fotocamera anteriore se si clicca si effettua il focus manuale mentre nei vecchi driver no mmmm questa THL non poteva far costare il telefono 10 euro in più e mettergli una rom decente ottimizzata? oramai li fanno tutti alla cavolo sti telefoni

A questo punto sono confuso pure io, anche perche con tante versioni in circolazione "vecchio" e "nuovo" non descrivono piu. pensavo che i nuovi fossero quelli con la 130711, ma la mia rom è basata su questa eppure non ho il touch to focus nell'anteriore!
sul discorso dei "10 euro" concordo, anche perche per il resto è un ottimo dispositivo. Mi chiedo quanto supporto ci darà la thl, strano che nel sito il w100 non compaia nella sezione download :/
My firmware is ThL.W100.130529.JBV2.HD.EN.COM.8P32_MT6589. After installing your custom ROM it is possible to go back to version 130529 or any other official version?

Stefdio, i understand a little italian. from what you said before, there are still some problems with the fotocamera or autofocus?
ps: i have the tap to focus available on my W100.
Hi! You can go back simply reinstalling the rom with Flash tool! you can reinstall only your system partition or reinstall all, in this case you lost also the content of your internal sd! so back up on your pc if you do this!
Sorry if we speak italian in these posts, about the camera the problem is a yellow (or purple) circle on center of the image, you can resolve it installing the patch
install only if yo uhave the problem!!
Andabout tap to focus, this feature is normally on back camera, but Vixkes say that alsofront camera with new drivers have tap to focus.But i have 130711 and no tap-to-focus on front. you?

la fotocamera non penso che dà problemi a me
Ciao Alaskano! Pensi di avere un modello difettoso? perche prima non metti la rom originale con flash tools? magari hai solo un problema software. Io ti consiglio di installare questa:

mi raccomando non installare il preloader!
Dopodiche lo testi per bene e vedi se ha difetti. Se funziona bene allora metti la CWM (usa quella che ho condiviso quassù!) e infine metti la rom!
Per la fotocamera l'unico problema che puoi riscontrare è quello dell'alone giallo, che puoi risolvere con la patch!
Mi raccomando fai un backup prima di mettere la rom con flashtools, perche cancella anche il contenuto dell'SD interna!
