   I need the rom for TCL 20 pro T810S.  The online update bricked my phone and I tried to flash it from the file from XDA developers. Apparently, this is a Canadian rom.  It's stuck on the bootloader screen. No recovery partition, either. TCL tech support is horrible and dragging it out for a month now, waiting a week between replies, then asking stupid questions like who is my carrier and what country am I in. I bought 2 of these, the gray and marine blue. I will never buy anything from TCL ever again.

   The above files did not work for me (the ROM TCL 20 Pro 5G 12 and TPST – v1.8.0).  The TPST installed and the phone model file loaded, but the TPST program couldn't recognize and load my phone, which was connected to one of my laptop's USB ports (The Windows 11 recognized the phone).
