Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select "scatter-Loading" and search MT6761_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- Select "Download Only" or if upgrade "Firmware upgrade"
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery (if the battery is removable) and replace it after some seconds (and don't turn on the phone).
- Press “Download” button to start
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

When i try to load the scatter file SP flash throws an error and says "Boundary Check Failed: rom_end_addr >= next rom beigin_addr.

Please select a valid load or ask for help!" is there a way to fix it?
Use MTK Client and manually flash the firmware files.
Nevermind i just downloaded this stock rom to fix a boot looping issue on the exact model, The scatter file is broken and does not work at all with the files given and the auth file is also missing.
For anyone needing help with this as i had another tcl 403 come into the shop bricked.
You Mtkclient (python mtk.py payload) <– Sends Payload unlocking the storage read and writes. (Ensures Auth Files isnt required in SP Flash Tools)
once you see payload sent sucessfully move over to sp flash — check options — change usb connection too uart check com port list within windows device manager ensure com1 or com8 or whatever number its on is actually the Device.
Issue with scatter file being incorrect for some people this is due to model device have different sizes of memory for super.img across 32gb, 64gb models the offset addresses for these spaces needs updating to properly match the actual devices size you are attempting too flash. you will need to use mtkclients (python mtk.py printgpt) command too print the gpt table off the device and reconfigure the scatter file to use to correct address partitions for your device.
