Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select "scatter-Loading" and search MT8173_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- Select "Download Only" or if upgrade "Firmware upgrade"
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery (if the battery is removable) and replace it after some seconds (and don't turn on the phone).
- Press “Download” button to start
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

If I try to expand it using 7-zip, it gives me two errors:
CRC failed : 固件程序\boot.img
Data Error : 固件程序\system.img

Has anyone yet been able to find a way to install TWRP recovery and/or root the T10?

I think Teclast Master T10 have MT8176 look at this Geekbench scores.
Yes I agree.
Yes as an MT 8173 only 4 cores it must be 8176. GPUZ shows all 6 cores operating but reports the SOC as 8173. This happens a lot with newer chips. Other Apps such as Hardware Info and My Device show 6 cores and Hardware 8176.

I received today my T10 tablet (v1.24).
There was no app for contacts.
I installed the google "contact" app from the playstore but it does not show any contact from my gmail account on the tablet.
When I want to set up an account for the Contact application he tells me that the gmail account is already configured.
Since the "Gmail" app button contact has no effect.
Can you help me, please?

Note : On the playstore I also see that all applications are "this application may not work with your tablet".
As a new tablet Google cannot be sure if apps are optimized for the architecture. Also some apps may not be optimized for Nougat. I get the same messages but so far every app has been stable enough to use.
After creating your Google account on device, contacts sync service is not started. So there is no chance to replicate your contacts. Even 3rd party contact apps can't recognize your account to sync contacts.
I did not find a solution up to now.
It is mt 8176. Mt 8173 only has four cores.
I found that this site have the Twrp for our T10 Master, but i cant download the files. http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php.....#038;p=66359338
I am wary because ir there may be a T10 and a Master T10.
My mistake I think it is P10. I will wait untill more people have used TWRP before I root. I always root my android eventually. When the process is wide spread across the web it is usually safe. Hoping for Oreo eventually.
