Install ROM:
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Hi. First of all I'm really sorry that i didn't see the details about your instruction.
I didn't backup my rom and blow up imei and can't connect data network at all.
Of course I know my imei, and change from unknown imei to mine imei. But still can't connect to data network.
Phone read my number but only can't connect to network. I don't know why.
So… If possible can i get a backup file for 166H Version?
There is only 166L version in needrom.com.

There is the 166H version right above the 166L version link….It worked for me, i flashed everyhing execpt the preloader an the user data and now my speakers dont produce static anymore
…just try again and make sure to del the first line of the scatter file, or else it wouold say its illegal. However the front cam is stil to horrible to vc with in artificial light, is this a common problem?
Dude..thx works like a charm. Although I have a question, is anyone elses front camera too dark in artificial light and sometimes even in the sunight?
