Install with Flashtools or Update

Official ROM W8+ Version: ThL_W8.JB2.FHD.EN.COM.8P128_MT6589V1.0.3_20130425

Language support: Multilang

Changelog:

- user data 8G, data 7G
- Improve photo quality
- Video camera focus mode changes back edge
- Solve LCM boot hang up
- THL_JB2_FHD_OVERSEAS demand fault – resolve memoryTest overflow (modifying system partition size causes)

 

Install ROM:

- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
   –> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.

- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !

- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

    Im new to android rom flashing, i tried the things you said but still nothing, i dont get a loading bar when pressing download. Ive installed all drivers needed for the phone and still nothing. Hope you can help :)

      Step 1: Power Off ur w8

      Step 2: Run FlashTools and Press F9  (hit Download button)

      Step 3: Connect w8 with USB Cable…..wait
