BTW,,FWIW
I have never been able to get into recovery with keypresses,
maybe you have to pull the battery??
But adb works,, adb reboot recovery ,, and if you are rooted,
flashify works a treat, quite elegant
Kingo root worked for me, half assed, adb was rooted, nothing else
But far too many adds, I ended up ripping it out, it was not easy and
replacing with koush's root (cwm), manualy
