It is rar file..in rar there is folder..the folder contains text and img file….tq
bro JM, when i download the file..i got a "blob1" with text ext…theres no rar containing recovery image and scatter file…take a look at it…ty

both S939 and S650 are hottest among lenovo phones cos have many selected rom.But for S650 only version 2.6.3.0 provided for android 4.2.2.No TWRP supported for KitKat rom.
Finally I get TWRP_v2.7.0.0 for S650 Kitkat , can u materialised design it ,tq.
