UPDATE FROM 1407 TO VIBE_V1_1411_Modded ONLY CAN BE APPLY IF ALL DEFAULT SYSTEM ARE INSTALLED.
Install via CWM/CT Recovery
UNFORTUNATELY YOUR S920 MUST BASE ON CHINESE FIRMWARE NOT ROW FIRMWARE.TO CHECK YOUR S920 IN WHICH FIRMWARE,GO TO SETTING>SYSTEM>ABOUT PHONE>VERSION INFOS.IF YOUR BUILD NUMBER IS S920_S117_ROW,YOU MUST FLASH CHINESE FIRMWARE 1ST WITH SPFLASHTOOL.IF YOU ALREADY ON CHINESE FIRMWARE,SKIP INSTRUCTION NO.1.
INSTRUCTIONS:-

2)Install CWM/CT Recovery
(extract to pc and flash with SPFlashTools..Tick DA DL…choose scatter PMT n click Download or install with Mobileuncle)
3)Reboot to CWM/CT Recovery and do a full wipe
a)Wipe data/factory reset
b)Wipe cache partition
c)Mount and storage
d)Format data
e)Formatsystem
f)Format cache
g)Format sd-ext
h)Back to Advanced and wipe dalvik cache
4)Install zip from sdcard
5)Choose zip from sdcard>find and select VIBE_V1_****_Modded
6)Reboot system now
FOR THOSE WHO HAD ROOT ISSUED,DONT UPDATE SUPERUSER AND PLEASE SET 'DO NOT AUTO UPDATE APPS' IN PLAYSTORE>SETTING>AUTO UPDATE APPS.

yes u can….about the error,maybe (a)..u need to repartition the internal and choose ext storage in default write disk before installing viberom. here- http://www.mediafire.com/downl.....IBE_4GBdata.rar extract to pc and flash with SPFlashTools(dont forget to tick DA DL All…)
(b)u need about 2GB empty space in sd to backup viberom with a lot of apps installed
can i use TWRP recovery? when backing up do i need to select all and skip md5 checksum?
i didnt find any twrp working fine in chinese firmware yet..

at1st boot,google give an option to change language to english…just touch english….also u can search Language Enabler in playstore to enable hidden language but maybe not all language supported.

use Links other than Needrom….if u are 1st timer,download UPDATE:VIBE_V1_1346_Modded…no need to flash twice.
yes…the brush only apply once….with that u can also flash other custom rom in needrom.
