Install via CWM/CT Recovery
UNFORTUNATELY YOUR S920 MUST BASE ON CHINESE FIRMWARE NOT ROW FIRMWARE.TO CHECK YOUR S920 IN WHICH FIRMWARE,GO TO SETTING>SYSTEM>ABOUT PHONE>VERSION INFOS.IF YOUR BUILD NUMBER IS S920_S117_ROW,YOU MUST FLASH CHINESE FIRMWARE 1ST WITH SPFLASHTOOL.IF YOU ALREADY ON CHINESE FIRMWARE,SKIP INSTRUCTION NO.1.
INSTRUCTIONS:-

[After1st stage above,if you want to repartition your internal..download this-> http://www.mediafire.com/download/18cf8ktpefd92kd/VIBE_4GBdata.rar ...extract to PC and flash with SPFlashTools.Dont forget to tick DA DL All...scatter file and click DOWNLOAD...NOT Firmware Upgrade]
2)Install CWM/CT Recovery
(extract to pc and flash with SPFlashTools..Tick DA DL…choose scatter PMT n click Download or install with Mobileuncle)
3)Reboot to CWM/CT Recovery and do a full wipe
a)Wipe data/factory reset
b)Wipe cache partition
c)Mount and storage
d)Format data
e)Formatsystem
f)Format cache
g)Format sd-ext
h)Back to Advanced and wipe dalvik cache
4)Install zip from sdcard
5)Choose zip from sdcard>find and select VIBE_V1_****_Modded
6)Reboot system now

janMae, i already download the flash tool and also s920_Le-Frog to brush my phone. but it doesn't work when plug in the usb cable using the flash tool. another one is when i hold the power and volume button it show the chinese language.how can i make a full wipe if i didnt know how to read the menu and how can i change the language?
how can i install zip from sd card because when i put the Vibe_v1_1403 zip into my sd card ,the phone didnt found any VIBE_V1_****_Modded on it…please email me the detail how to modded my phone please..i also cant used flash tool to my fhone..please email to fendipu3@gmail.com.
to use SPFlashtools.1st u need to install some drivers….lenovo usb driver n mtk driver in ur pc.
also flash cwm/ct recovery (link above) via SPFlashTools after u flash S920_Le-Frog .
put VIBE_V1_1403_Modded.zip on root of sdcard….boot into cwm/ct recovery>do a full wipe and so on…then choose VIBE_V1_1403_Modded that u put on root of sd
Hi Janmae, first thanks for your effort. I just wanna ask, do you feel that the mic voice is low when we making call to someone ? I mean that the person that u're calling can't hear what we are talking about.

it doesnt seem like a problem in my phone about mic….ur phone mic blocked by a dust,maybe…
english is not my native language too….
well, i don't know what happen, but now i'm back to stock, n mic went well. The voice is loud on people that i calling. T.T

Looks that is not problem in room, I try Baidu Cloud Modded and have same problem. Phone detect sim card 2, but signal is zero, simbol like when I disable sim.
p.s. phone is new!
