- Added Root;
- Added minimum package of services Google (Google Play, synchronization) – the latest version (updated).
- Removed check package signatures;
- Delete all unnecessary applications and debris;
- Opt-in notification panel debugging;
- Chinese browser replaced the CM Browser;
- Chinese music player replaced the LenovoMusic;
- Chinese radio replaced the normal;
- Replaced Chinese video player to the player from ROW_121;
- Added full access applications to the SD card;
- Added base ready APN settings for the majority of operators;
- Added Google Calendar (the standard continue to be translated);
- Added Titanium Backup;
1. Download the. Zip file and dump the firmware to the memory card.
2. Loaded in Recovery
3. Making wipes:
1) Wipe Cache
2) Wipe Dalvik Cache
3) Wipe Factory Reset
4. Select Install / Instal zip from SD
5. Choose. Zip firmware file and wait for the end of the process.
6. Boot the system is ready.

Zip file of this vibe custom rom was easily downloaded and flashed. Initial issues experienced with respect to Titanium Backup not being allowed root acess by SuperSu were resolved by the latter app being un-installed, re-installed and reset.

The author is constantly updating this post when new DEV is out, now is 1547.
I'll guess the zip was still 1545, because at the time you checked he didn't uploaded 1546 yet.
