1. Download the. Zip file and dump the firmware to the memory card.
2. Loaded in Recovery
3. Making wipes:
1) Wipe Cache
2) Wipe Dalvik Cache
3) Wipe Factory Reset
4. Select Install / Instal zip from SD
5. Choose. Zip firmware file and wait for the end of the process.
6. Boot the system is ready.

I want to try this rom, but when I open google play always get google play services force close, i did factory reset, wiped cache & dalvik cache, but nothing works.

I have flashed arm64 5.1 pico 20 November 2015 from the link you provided, then wipe cache & dalvik cache, but it still "google play services stopped working" when I try to open google play store or create an acount.
Also after install the package the phone goes slow down soooo much.

I have had a smooth experience with this ROM. the only issue is that upon pressing the left button the recent activities do no pop up, any idea how to activate that function? thanks…..
