hello,
here's how to install custom rom VibeUI 3.5 s433 – x64 on rooted lenovo p70-A
1- download the rom
2- download l LenovoUsbDrivers

3- install lenovo drivers on your pc
4- copy rom to your device p70
5- open your recovery by holding volume up +power for 3 seconds
6 – follow the steps in the video https://youtu.be/Lm7G8TOF820
installation
- first wipe system from recovery
- then install your rom
- it will take about 10 mins
- after finishing the installation wipe cache + dalvik cache
- then reboot your device
- will take about 10 mins too don't be don't be panic
- now android is upgrading
- in your first use you will face many problems so it's recommended to reset your device to
factory reset from recovery
- open recovery
as normal power and volume up for 3 seconds
- then wipe then factory reset then wipe cache and dalvic cache – - then reboot
- it will take about 10 mins too 
now initializing 10 mins too
now choose your language and continue setup

install chamelephon
generate random imeis then apply then restart your device

For me bluetooth run well, for language download " Fonts" on Google Play and change font until you find good for you.
Try "System Font Changer".

Official ROM for this phone is KitKat, it is an old phone my friend.
