hello,
here's how to install custom rom VibeUI 3.5 s433 – x64 on rooted lenovo p70-A
1- download the rom
2- download l LenovoUsbDrivers

3- install lenovo drivers on your pc
4- copy rom to your device p70
5- open your recovery by holding volume up +power for 3 seconds
6 – follow the steps in the video https://youtu.be/Lm7G8TOF820
installation
- first wipe system from recovery
- then install your rom
- it will take about 10 mins
- after finishing the installation wipe cache + dalvik cache
- then reboot your device
- will take about 10 mins too don't be don't be panic
- now android is upgrading
- in your first use you will face many problems so it's recommended to reset your device to
factory reset from recovery
- open recovery
as normal power and volume up for 3 seconds
- then wipe then factory reset then wipe cache and dalvic cache – - then reboot
- it will take about 10 mins too 
now initializing 10 mins too
now choose your language and continue setup

now every thing is ok but ur sim is not ready so dowload and
install chamelephon
generate random imeis then apply then restart your device
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
I love p70
I already install this rom, but the sound is very low although using Dolby Atmos, Led notif is not working when any messages. Any Solution ?

I don't search other solution, because it work well on my phone.
i did everything as you said
after reboot my p70 keeps on restarting on lenovo logo i can't get past it kindly help me here idk why but after this i can't even access my recovery

Don't know. If one way is good, I don't search another. In used simply TWRP.
