Version 3 based on VIBEUI_V2.0_1520_5.28.1_ST_X2-CU:
Official Lenovo changes from 1514 to 1520:
- Fixed the camera error propmpt: "Please insert SD Card"
- Fixed Candy Legend problem
- Improved WiFI connection success rate
- Closed the MTK Patch

- Removed even more Chinese applications (can be found in Removed and changed files folder)

- Build.prop modifications – Default language is English, set to ROW region (No chineese features in many of the apps for example no location in contacts, cannot disable camera sound (EU directive) and others)

Installation:
1. Open flash_tool.exe from X2_flashtool_20140812(v5.1428.05.000) folder
2. In Flashtool, select the MT6595_Android_scatter.txt from the target_bin folder. Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
3. Make sure “DA DL All with Checksum” is checked in Options -> Options -> Download OR YOUR PHONE WILL FAIL TO BOOT!
4. Turn off your phone.
5. Select "Firmware Upgrade" or "Download only", but do not use "Format All + Download", because you will lose your IMEI and MAC
6. Press Download
7. Connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- install driver from Drivers folder, if needed (you may have to disable Windows Driver Signature Enforcement)
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after, yellow, grey and green circles is displayed, the phone is successfully flashed
8. Disconnect the USB cable from the phone and turn it on. It will take few minutes for the phone to boot for first time
How to keep your data between version updates:
Not recommended! Deselect userdata and cache partitions and your data should be intact. If you exprience problems I recommend a factory reset!

Never try to root before, but may I noe after root am I able to update my phone? Coz everytime I press update it will say " Setting stopped " and jump back

No you want be able to update OTA. (From this version to the new) There are Chinese apps being checked by the updater, but they are removed so the OTA won't work. In the new version I will add the removed files in a separate folder, so that if someone wants to use OTA updates, he/she can by restoring these files
Have you installed the drivers? Check device manager.

Hey guys if you try the new Version 2 please tell me how GPS is working for you. It's supposed to work better than before (according to Lenovo). In my case I think its worst. It's OK if you stick with version 1, I don't see any improvements in the new original firmware (my version 2), but if you are eager to try it feel free to do so. If you have GPS problems it's Lenovo's fault, not mine

does anyone know will I have the 120 fps record option on this ROM?
I have it only on the CU rom, 1514 update.
I just got a notification for a new update but I don't wanna do it because I really like the slow-mo option, nothing special but it's nice to play with when you are high

It has only 120FPS slow-mo, not 60FPS setting
. But this aswers your question, the slow-mo is 120 FPS.
About the GPS it's not working fine in V2, I recommend sticking with V1!!! If you need the new camera app, check the link for Updated Lenovo Apps.
installing the 1514, I get the warning “unfortunalety, setup wizard has stopped,” and I can not start it to be? or I can do? I hope to answer and thanks
Try factory resetting the device, or use V1 (it works a lot better for me – V2 is supposed to have GPS optimizations, but GPS works very bad at version 2 – at least for me). You can delete the SetupWizard.apk from /system/priv-app (if you are unable to open a file manager because of the error, flash the TWRP recovery and use the FileManager from the Advanced menu to delete the file (you have to mount system from the Mount menu))

Another issue: I tried the V1 but my dual SIM phone (Yes, CU, direct from China!) was transformed into single SIM phone
leastwise I can see only one SIM sign in the status bar. I used the Download mode only of flashing sw. I re-flashed the factory ROM and I get back the dual SIM. What I made wrong?
This is oddly strange. This is the original DUAL SIM firmware with small modifications. It shouldn't do what you said. Please check if you loaded the proper files in SP Flash tool (maybe you flashed the EU version before and these files are still loaded).
