yes i have this problem too.. it said "unknown city"
Flashed this rom.. so far so good, like it!
Only real problem is that GPS is dead here in Europe. I tried Uncle Mobile Tools, this solves nothing
Use pimp my rom and set your location.. you need root, but if you search in youtube.. have many tutorials to fix gps, its easy.

After installing this rom, I can't install google plus, can you fix this problem?
You root your phone,down gapp 4.4 to xda,use root explore copy file to system/app,set permision,reboot
