Install ROM:
1.Connect your phone to PC and let the driver install
2.Install QPST
3.Open QPST Configuration -> Add new port -> Select the com port of your device -> exit
4.Go to Start -> All Programs -> QPST eMMC Software Download open the tool -> Check program boot loaders -> Browse for the device com port
5.Click Load XML def and browse for rawprogram_unsparse.xml in folder ROM
6.Click Load Patch def and browse for patch0.xml in folder ROM
7.Check the search path 2 and browse for the folder ROM
8.Now click download, wait for the download to finish (it never finish but it also detects for a new driver, and that’s important)
and it will search for the new hardware found, install the driver

I have a problem installing the Qualcomm driver – I cannot get the phone into EDL download mode either – I would be very grateful for any help. The phone does not switch to EDL mode and therefore does not recognize the Qualcomm drivers. I tried to replace the ADB bootloader driver with the Qualcomm driver. This works but the phone is still not in EDL mode .. Do you have an idea?
Switch off your device and go to Fastboot mode by press and hold the Power + Volume Down button together for a few seconds.
Now, connect the device to the PC.
Use ADB & Fastboot tool to write command as.
Type the following command and hit enter to enter EDL mode. If one command doesn’t work, try another.
fastboot oem edl
OR
fastboot reboot-edl
OR
fastboot reboot edl

I hope you can help me. Thank you first for your tip – with the EDL mode mode – that worked! so thanks again. Now my problem is that QFIL OR QPST got stuck with FLASHENS. then I would have deleted all partitions with FASTBOOT. and then wanted to reinstall it with QpsTool. BUT SINCE THAT THE PHONE HAS BEEN HARD BRICKED. Now all partitions are missing on the hard disk and there are no longer any blocks or sectors. the PC recognizes the telephone in EDL mode but does not recognize any internal memory. I have already tried a lot in Linux (Ubuntu), bought me the mirakel Box digitally, but all the actions I tried were unsuccessful – because no memory was recognized anymore. and because there are no more sectors (blocks). Do you have any idea how I could solve this problem? I would be really grateful if you could help me. I had tried both files as programs flashfire and all Roms From your Upload, but to no avail …
