ROM Installation :
1. Download and unpack SP Flash Tool v5.1
2. Load the scatter file
3. After the scatter is loaded hit the download button
4. Connect the phone with the usb to the pc and enter the battery
5. Wait till the download complete
6. Enjoy!
In case after this procedure your phone stuck in boot-loop :
1. Go to Factory Settings (turn off phone and hit the Volume down + Power button at the same time)
2. Inside factory mode choose the 6th option here (e MMC)
3. Wait for this proces to finish and enjoy !

Install Nova Launcher. Set it default. Root the phone and install Kinguser. From Kinguser go to kingtool->auto-start and stop Launcher. I have Lenovo S860w+ and my phone have 16gb internal i do not have SDcadr. But 2GB ram is fake.
Yea that will work too x-faktor and it will be easy to do since this ROM is already rooted and have Kinguser app, but i would recomend all to try this ROM

This ROM work`s really great and it`s with Nova Launcher.
All other china app`s are removed and the battery capacity is greater.
Thanks for this rom, I have a problem whit apps chinese are instaling automaticaly in the phone, (sorry for my english I am from Spain)

I'm still having trouble with this fuxxxxg phone.
i've followed the guide step by step, i've also followed the suggestion from renqyk in the 3rd post!!! but nothing! the phone startup hangs after the 1st animation. the phone is not rooted but i can load the CWM with the SP Flash tool, but if i try to load your custom ROM after the installation the phone go in boot loop.
Please help me…..i'm going crazy!

Did you try to enter in the factory mod of the phone ? if not power off the phone, remove the battery and reinsert it again after 10 sec, then press volume down and power button at the same time and when you enter factory mode choose the eMMC option here, it will make a factory reset and after this your phone will start in chinese, than all you need to do is change language and install the other ROM i have uploaded becouse this will drain you battery instantly.
If you encounter in other issues i will assist you in the proccess, so dont worry.

yes i've tried, but unfortunatly this solution doesn't work.
