FactoryDownload/UpgradeDownload
1 Unpack ROM and extract E1-Android5.1-TecSync-20151104-V1.pac
2 Run UpgradeDownload or FactoryDownload, connect your android device to the computer
3 Click on "Load packet" and add the .pac
4 Click on "Start"
5 During the flashing your mobile will restart automatically
6 Finish
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
When I connect my Xtouch E1 via USB, the FactoryDownload software doesn't see the phone, therefore it doesn't flash it! I downloaded WDK8 to update driver, but it didn't help.

Hi, frist of all you have to do that,
1.put the usb cable in to the pc/laptop jack(the place where the usb cable is putted on),but don't connect your device to the pc /laptop now
2.unpack the rom and tool
3.after unpack,of xtouch rom and tool both run ''factory download'' .exe not ''factory upgrade''.exe
4.then click on the settings of ''factory download"
5.then add the pac file (where you have unpack (extract) the rom of xtouch named "XTOUCH")
6.after the loading of pac file is completed ( E1-Android5.1-TecSync-20151104-V1.pac) then, click on the play button
7.after that ,power off your phone
8.remove the battery of you phone.
9.after that insert your battery again, and hold the volume + and volume – button together, and dont leave them
10.after that , put the usb cable in to the jack of your phone. (after clicking on the play button and wait for 10 second then you should connect your device to the pc/laptop)
11. you will see your device is flashing after that when it is finished then you will see there is written passed.
Important Note:
1.do not hold the volume + and power button instead of volume + and volume -
2.do not connect your device until pac file file is fully loaded and after clicking on the play button you should connect your device ,otherwise your phone will not show and will also not flash.
3.If you don't follow the rules step by step you will see a notification in your pc/laptop ''device unplugged''. so becarefull !

.the instruction that are given to flash xtouch is fully false!!!!
I’ve found how to use it but the interface doesn’t recognize My device.
i downloaded it and followed the instruction but did not find the pac file in the extract. please help

i attempted the procedure as outlined above and after STEP is at Cache the STATUS says Failed/ What else could i do to get my XTouch E1 ROm properly flash
PLLLLLSSSSSS FAILED WHILE WRITING CACHE……SO PHONE IS DEAD NOW
