ROM Install :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6572_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

via flash tool! just don't download and format there tick format whole flash press the OK connect your phone must run the green bar! then click on the firmware-upgrade disconnected the cable and put it back just be careful if that doesn't work out you can catch a brick!! but I think that everything will be OK http://yadi.sk/d/eamTLW8OEbwFR

Rom is fully functional , but rather to the parameters would be more suited ICS to mow the phone and had a smoother operation , or modification of existing rom …. But this is more a question to the manufacturer, because it is the only and therefore OFFICIAL rom
damn..it bricked my phone!!! any solution…it wont recongize usb now
managed to recover it with the other rom in this site for the Y9190….wasnt easy though!
