I did not manage to translate settings.apk, but all the other apks should be translated. If someone can do the translation of settings.apk for us it would be awsome! So spread the word cause i really like this rom.
Use more local2 app to set it to your local language, and its pre installed.
I made a hybrid of this rom with multilingual support, but with the settings.apk of cyanogen stock and if someone is interested I´m posting the rom here on needrom in a couple of days. It`s my daily driver right now, but some settings buttons do not work yet, I think I´m going to need some help from @Coremania
You have to factory reset, but not if you are updating this build.

The camera quality is very poor.
You can greatly improve the quality of the camera modifying the parameters media_profiles.xml file in system/etc
I have done it in the profiles 1080p and 720p of camera0, going up to 20000000 bitrate for video, and 128000 for audio, It also JPG 100/100/100.
I consider it very necessary. Now the videos and the photos are very good.
The application "themes" opens pages in Chinese. I think that could be eliminated.

I read that the ROM has FM Radio does not work … there any way to run the FM radio?
Don’t think so, but there has to be a reason it’s installed. Probably work in progress

Ok thanks! Sorry i did not notice any photo quality difference AT all and by the way the Camera quality is much better then cm standard for redmn2. It’s becouse its is built upon Lenovo rom. I didn’t try the video quality, but photo did nothing AT least for me.
I installed this ROM because someone commented that battery life was good, but it seems worse than on standard CM :/
It lasted 4 hours with moderate browsing and online music listening… is it supposed to be like that, or should I change some settings?
Tested my son was playing 3D games decreased by 34% for 3.5 hours.
Not bad? Normal operation throughout the day * viewing LTE tiny game about 40-60 minutes call 10 email* tonight battery voltage is below 46%. I think it's great for me.Remember, your phone is redmi note 2 where each piece is different, as everything from Xiaomi

Camera quality in this rom is the best so far. Better then any rom for RMN2 (tried most of them), even better than MIUI (still missing option slowmotion) because the colors are more realistic, zoom is twice faster, way much better in every condition (especially low light)…

The problem with 4g on sim 1 is still there. It is true that only on the latest mookee rom 4G is working properly. @ulisses55 posted the link on that rom. Camera is not saving pictures on SD card. Other than that, this rom is perfect, lightening fast and beautiful.
