I did not manage to translate settings.apk, but all the other apks should be translated. If someone can do the translation of settings.apk for us it would be awsome! So spread the word cause i really like this rom.
Use more local2 app to set it to your local language, and its pre installed.
I made a hybrid of this rom with multilingual support, but with the settings.apk of cyanogen stock and if someone is interested I´m posting the rom here on needrom in a couple of days. It`s my daily driver right now, but some settings buttons do not work yet, I think I´m going to need some help from @Coremania
You have to factory reset, but not if you are updating this build.

I can’t use tethering with this ROM. The other device won’t connect and stuck while obtaining IP address. When I turn off hotspot and try to turn it back on, it’s stuck in a cycle of trying to turn on and off
In my case no tethering, no bluetooth, no opcion to modifay apps permissions…and I did 3 times all wipes instalation but no luck…very strange…

Ok … is very important do WIPES of cache and Dalvik!!!
I have reviewed the contents of FIX and is nothing less than the entire folder ETC of system
I also detected some improvements in codecs configuration files, init-r, hosts, that will affect undoubtedly improve the system in several ways.
