ui 396 is 384(system version),you can update this rom directly.

You can copy the Stock ROM V3.86 to your device and perform an update with the stock updater (Settings – System update – 3 points on the top right – Local update)
you don't need make a factory reset !
I have the same version of software that ele previous post but I can not update OTA says "communication error with the server try again later" but then as usual gives me the same error, could you help me please, thank you.

You will probably have the same ROM as I have (Build: NX505J_ENCommon_V2.02). I think that we won't get OTA-updates because we have the English ROM and not the Chinese one.
I hope that someone can tell us, if we could update our phones via the stock updater (Settings – System update – 3 points on the top right – Local update) and install this ROM (Build: NX505J_CNCommon_V3.86). Then we would get the Chinese OTA-updates.

For the EN Version there is no update available at this time. You can copy the Stock ROM V3.86 to your device and perform an update with the stock updater (Settings – System update – 3 points on the top right – Local update). After that, you will have the newest available Chinese Stock ROM on your device. I don't know if it's necessary, but I made a factory reset after the update. All your data will be lost!
