ROM ZOPO ZP980 & C2 - ROM Android 4.2.1
ROM Official ZOPO ZP980 & C2 Version: 20130521-152918-v3.1
ZP980 & C2 has a B Version and normal version.
If you found your phone in the battery slot there is a mark" B" or " FC" your mobile is B Version
After the flash, c2 will show 12GB memory but after you reset the storage "setting-storage-erase phone storage" it will be around 2.1GB

Install ROM :
To unpack Flash run Flash_tool.exe
Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
Click Flash_tool.exe interface Firmware-> Upgrade
Phone after taking the battery in put something
Connect the data cable
Brush finished with green circles appears
ROOT:
put supersu_1.25_pro.zip in the sd card in the phone .
To enter in the recovery menu
start the phone in normal mode
-run this program mtkdroidtools
-connect the usb cable and wait for recognize it
-only after run the button down in this program reboot
-and reboot in recovery mode.
enter the menu 'select zip file from sd card
select the zip file you copied earlier:
root-superuser-xxxxx-zip
and confirmed!
At this point I have root privileges!
Turn off and turn on the phone!

PLEASE HELP ME. I rooted my phone, that went well and then i flashed it with this rom, i think i chose normal version but i have b version and now my phone doesnt respond att all. It is completly dead. It doesnt turn on, it doesnt charge or connect to pc. It is completely dead. Please can someone help me to fix it. Can someone send me solution to this problem to my email adress dedic@gmx.com as i am banned from this site becouse i was stupid and little bit angry and i wrote some stupid things which i apologize for. I am very very sorry. PLEEEASE HELP ME I am desperat for help.
hi. i have same problem with you. my C2 B 16gb was bricked 2 weeks ago. the phone was useless eversince. did u come up with a solution? hope someone could help.
Got a B-Type, but rooting isn't working. Has anyone tested this method successfully?
