ROM Phone ZTE V818 LeWa – ROM Android 4.2.2 LeWa
ROM Features:
LeWa os5 version: eng.lewa.1377245427
Gapps include – Rooted
Language support: EN/CN
Install ROM :
CWM
1) Download the custom ROM copied to an external SD card root directory
2) Download the recovery.img ( put in your SD card )
3) Start MobileUncle Tools ( Download on Goolge play )
4) Select Update Recovery ( choose recovery.img )
5) Mobile reboot in CWM and follow the instructions( if recovery is in chinese look tutorial "CWM for MTK Platform" )
Into the recovery:
– Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
– Wipe Cache Partition -> Wipe cache
- Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
- Brush complete, restart the phone Patience required – first boot takes a while

i installed this rom but why it seem so different with your images @@ icon still old version,not like os5

So after battling for days I finally got this ROM to install and it seems great just 2 issues:
1. Every few hours it pops up with "unfortunately the system UI has stopped" and I have to close this warning about 20 times till it settles down – is there a solution to this?
2. There is only the Baidu input / keyboard which even with the language set to English some of the buttons are still in Chinese. Is there a way to get it fully English
Is it safe to upgrade to the newer version which shows still in development?
Please help and thank you for all your great work.
