I've ported CM12.1 for our beloved THL 5000. There are some small bugs that shouldn't affect daily usage… So feel free to try it out ;)

 

Bugs (things that need to be fixed)

Installation

1. Download the ROM (1st Link)

2. Download Micro GApps package (2nd Link)

(optional) 2a. Download SuperSU package (3rd Link)

3. Put the zip files on your SDCard

4. Reboot in Recovery

5. Wipe Data/Factory Reset

6. Install CM12 zip file (cm-12.1-xxx-UNOFFICIAL-thl5000-vx.zip)

7. Install GApps zip file (open_gapps-arm-5.1-micro-xxx.zip)

(optional) 7a. Install SuperSU zip file (UPDATE-SuperSU-vx.zip)

8. Reboot system

9. Enjoy CyanogenMod 12

    @Rews  can you upload  v3.16 ? It is not possible to register aat 4pda with a normal keyboard

    The first link speaks about the rom v3.16 based in Jiayu G4S, and the second link has 3 links, boot img to thl 5000 old screen, the boot img to thl 5000 old screen and sd default and finaly boot img to thl 5000 new.

    i think that's…its what i understand of google translator.

    Bugs in my phone: * Gif format have akward stripes on the left side of the picture.
    * Youtube stops video after 5secs. Had to press play again.
    * Phone overheats and restart after that.

    The Thl 5000 is still a good phone after years oO. But now im in love with the XIOMI Mi4c =). So i will leave there.

    I hope you will get a working cm13 soon ;D.

    Can anyone with a 4PDA.ru account please check the download link of Magnesium's revision C v4.16.

    The link is here and I think the download link is only visible to registered 4PDA users. The cyrillic text captcha makes registering on 4PDA difficult for international users.
