   Yeah, moved on to another phone the THL 5000 was caluated risk, missed lollipop. Software experience in general for this phone aint great. Great back up phone and Power bank tho!

   Final fix for GPS !!
   

   Enable inside developer settings "Allow mock locations"

   or edit your build.prop or default.prop (ramdisk) and add this:

   ro.allow.mock.location=1

   please confirm that it works. I got a 3d fix at my window now

   I installed ROM from this address:

   No need GAPS.
   I inserted lines from walter 79 in build prop and it seems that data runs correctly. Must wait 2-3 minut to stabilise phon signal.
   Even can't switch SIMs on an off
   Minors BUGs persist, but ROM is useful.
   Who like Lollipop can use it, but I prefer ROM without BUGs and go
   back to Kitkat ULTIMATE 3

     This is Dimids rom, which is outdated, no voice recorder bad wifi. Most recent one of Meecrob is better.

   Tested Antutu v6.0.1 geve speed 37605.

   Lollipop use ART instid DALVIK, Kitkat don't support ART.

   I don’t think you’ll be hearing from Meecrob again. He moved on to a different phone and seem to have dropped support and development for this ROM. This was a great work but turned out to be a waste of time.

   I kept an eye on it too, there isn’t a Russian lollipop rom, they just redistribute this one found here. I’m losing every hope of getting a satisfying lollipop for this device… Too bad, it is still a great phone. At least there are many good kitkat Roms.

     Yeah redistribute, but with more bugfixes i think. 

     I like this phone too, can do everything playing 3d games, even ingress (game) works well altough the gps isn´t very nice [else you can modifie the antenna], everything is smooth, the battery is amazing. Just the Rom is missing .

    This is a custom ROM from Magnesium; I think it is the best one CM12.1 for THL 5000 in this moment.

    • cleaned from left-wing applications
    • when charging the green LED lights up when the full charge
    • during discharge alarm LED flashes at 5 %
    • added some system sounds
    • added support bluetooth BLE
    • added alternative keyboard app (Swiftkey)
    • KernelAdiutor management kernel parameters
    • FMRadio style material design
    • Fix BLE, gyroscope and other sensors
    • Alternative application to work with smart cover (better energy saving )
      adblocker settings
    • Update EPO and fixes GPS ( thanks newepo)
    • Fix OTG

    If you have already installed CM 12.1 on your device, just install this firmware, adding  GApps and SuperSU.

      I tested 1/2 hour.
      Stable WiFi.
      Data transferred, simbol H +, 8MB / s Download speed, 4MB / s Upload.
      Import contacts works well.
      Still can not switcer SIM cards, minor bug, but we must wait signal stabilization.
      I would look more tomorrow.
