This ROM have original Lenovo recovery, but if you want I attached a CWM recovery for S820

Install ROM : If your phone made 04.2014 or later, have to use for the flash the New_Preloader.bin
Watch this video
- Download FlashTool, extratct and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Download the rom and the system.zip. Extract the rom, and extract the system.img to rom folder
- With Flashtool select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- select DA DL All with Checksum
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press Firmware Upgrade"
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- install the vcom driver if you don't do this before
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after, yellow, grey and green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

I had the same problem so here is the solution..
Fist of all you have to update the location database ! You have to get in your call log app and press the Menu button (left button) and select "More features and settings" , then "Location" and "Update Location database" press ok !
The display numbers location and the operator informations have to be checked !
If that does not work you have to edit your contacts with the code of your country infront of them , that's the worst scenario !!!
