ROM Install :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
Or install with OTA

yes, but first you need a backup your rom, or just call vendor to give you the stock rom for your phone (to restore if you have problem/error).
after flash this rom, you need (almost sure) to manually insert the EMAI code or your phone can't working properly
hi guys, i have installed STAR/1:1 U9000 Note 3 – OTA .my device has 2 sims. STAR/1:1 U9000 Note 3 – OTA work for 1 sim. do not work for the another sim. STAR/1:1 U9000 Note 3 can't install on my device .so how can i do it.please anyone can give me soluation. thanks much.

I bought a star u9000 2 weeks ago. It looks good and works fine, but….
My GPS doesn't work – no way. GPS test shows 12-13 satelites in view, but no secound anyone in use. I leave the phone hours free to air/sky. Nothing happend.
At least, i've flashed the rom completly new with the rom and the description on top.
Result: Phone works good again but nothing else happend -NO GPS – somewhere out there someone who can help???
today received my mobile but mobile not connect to wifi. please guide me. i have 2 wifi router one has connect to mobile but another bsnl router is not connect, but, this bsnl router connect another phone and tablet why.

SRSroot shows Alps U9000 with JDQ39.N9006ZCUBMHJ and compatible, but I have not tried.

I'm having the same set like yours, which ROM did you flash. Do you have the screen auto lock problems? I seem to have quite abit of problems with the phone.
